Just a photo or two or three

Took these photos Christmas evening at my mother-in-laws house in North Beach. I was standing in the kitchen and looked out the window to see some interesting colors. So I grab my gear and snapped this one from the Bay shore line just about 100 yards down the street.



And then I turned the camera around and took this,



Nothing special about how I did them other then they were both done with my circular polarizer on my 17-40 lens. The CP Works well even in the evening. ;-)



Here's another one which isn't quite as nice as the other two but here I used my Neutral Density filter to help slow down the shutter speed. Notice the smooth silky look to the bay water.
